Junior E-commerce Specialist

**Overview**

We are seeking a Junior E-Commerce Specialist to provide essential administrative support to our web team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our online store, assisting with various tasks that maintain the functionality and accuracy of our e-commerce.

• *Responsibilities**:
• Creating and updating product listings and collections on Shopify
• Perform quality checks on website content to ensure it’s up to date and aligns with brand standards
• Support the maintenance of the online store, making updates to products, categories, and promotions as needed.
• Developing new web pages (primarily blog posts) based on wireframes
• Audience testing and optimization

This role reports to the E-Commerce Operations Manager and is part of our marketing team of 12 people. It is primarily focused on administrative tasks and does not involve creative responsibilities, copywriting, or content creation.

• *Qualifications**:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• At least 2 of experience in e-commerce or similar role
• Experience with Shopify and WordPress (or similar) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JSON is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
• Clear communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
