We currently require a Dynamic, Smart and Results oriented individual for our **Digital Marketing Specialist** located **Remotely**. We are a national provider of workplace medical testing and assessments based in Ayr, Ontario. We have Occupational Health Clinics in Kitchener, Sarnia, Mississauga, Calgary, Nisku, Edmonton and Fort McMurray.   • *Primary duties and responsibilities**:
  • Utilize your digital-first mindset to lead the development of the annual digital marketing plan
  • Execute brand and product focused digital campaigns and manage the associated budgets and schedules
  • Partner with Marketing Managers to create and deliver exceptional digital media components of integrated marketing campaigns that create awareness and drive conversion
  • Produce timely, powerful and consistent brand messaging in the form of copy writing e-blasts, blogs, and video scripts for tradeshows, speaking engagement and marketing campaigns
  • Create, implement, and manage display ad campaigns, Google Ad campaigns and AdWords strategies, including keyword research, ad creation, budgeting, and retargeting that drive leads
  • Work with Brand and Design Lead to manage day-to-day and continuous maximization of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop and implement annual marketing strategy and identify tactics to deliver company initiatives
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • *What you need to be successful in the role**:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle digital marketing, ideally in B2B environment
  • Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn geek who knows how to create posts and deliver digital advertising/sponsored posts that create awareness, build online communities, drive conversion and generate leads
  • Innately curious and creative thinker, with a desire to embrace a steep learning curve
  • Track record in customer acquisition - including in-bound marketing tactics and lead generation across digital channels
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a digital marketing, social media or media-related discipline
  • Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and implementation of a wide range of digital marketing techniques and strategies
  • Ability to manage and multi-task a number of social media channels from end-to-end
  • Ability to manage social media campaigns from concept development, content creation, copy writing and effectiveness measurement (with a mindset of continuous improvement)
  • Action-oriented with ability to recognize potential problems or new developments and take prompt action where necessary to meet internal and external expectations and business requirements
  • Keen eye for detail, creativity and initiative
  • Ability to influence others and manage and resolve conflict
  • Excellent creativity skills coupled with a strong customer focused orientation
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure
  • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Premiere, Audition, After Effects Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
  • Hands on experience using Hootsuite preferred
  • Ability to parse data, create reports and visualizations, enabling you to present findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience with multimedia tools an asset
  • Graphic design skills are considered an asset
