About Digital Visibility Concepts

Digital Visibility Concepts is a 20-year digital marketing agency with approximately 200 long term active clients in the following services: Adwords management, SEO, web design/development and hosting. We're at a strategic inflection point: our founder is launching a high-growth tax strategy business and needs an entrepreneurial operator to take full ownership of DVC's operations, stabilization, and transformation into a premium agency.

This isn't a VP role where you report up the chain. This is a President role where you run the business, period.

What You'll Own (Full P&L Responsibility)

Operations & Stabilization (First 90 Days Focus)

  • Seamless transition of 65+ client relationships as the current PPC Director potentially departs as early as April 2026
  • Minimize client churn through proactive communication and operational excellence
  • Build scalable India/Philippines delivery infrastructure (reduce costs, increase capacity)
  • Lead remote team across US and offshore locations
  • Execute 15-20% pricing optimization across client base
  • Goal: Retain 80%+ of clients, increase revenue to $600K+ run rate

Growth & Transformation (6-24 Months)

  • Develop premium "Digital Domination" packages ($5K-$12K/month)
  • Build conversion rate optimization, landing page, and marketing automation capabilities
  • Drive strategic upsells within existing client base
  • Win new premium clients through consultative approach
  • Scale revenue from $540K to $1M-$3M over 24-36 months
  • Goal: Transform from commodity services to premium integrated offerings

Who You Are

Required Experience

  • 10+ years digital marketing agency experience with proven track record
  • Expert-level PPC proficiency (Google Ads certified, can step in for departing director)
  • Agency operator background (managed teams, owned P&L, scaled operations)
  • Exceptional US client communication (you'll be the primary relationship face)
  • Offshore team management (India/Philippines experience strongly preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial DNA (you've wanted to run your own shop but don't want to start from zero)

Ideal Background

  • Built premium service offerings or scaled agency from $500K to $2M+ revenue
  • Experience with SEO, web design/development, full-funnel marketing
  • Comfortable with CRO, landing pages, email/SMS automation, AI integration
  • Track record of client retention through transitions or crises
  • Previous #2 at an agency who was ready for the #1 seat

Cash Compensation (Immediate)

Base Salary: $60,000/year ($5,000/month)

  • Your potential Year 2-3: $60K-$150K+ profit share

Year 1 Total Comp: $73K-$100K (as you stabilize)

Year 2-3 Total Comp: $120K-$220K (as you grow)

Year 4+ Total Comp: $220K-$500K (if you transform it)

Performance-Based Equity (Long-Term Wealth)

Earn significant ownership by hitting profit milestones:

$600K Annual Net Profit = 20% Equity

  • 5-13x current profit level ($45K-$110K)
  • Requires building premium offerings + operational excellence
  • Vests over 3 years from earn date
  • Equity value at this level: $360K-$480K (at 3-4x profit multiple)

$1M Annual Net Profit = 30% Equity

  • 10-20x current profit level
  • Requires transformational growth and premium positioning

If you hit $600K profit over 4 years

  • Cash earned: $60K base + ~$180K avg profit share = $240K/year × 4 years = $960K
  • Equity earned: 20% ownership worth $360K-$480K
  • Total wealth created: $1.32M-$1.44M

If you hit $1M profit over 5 years

  • Cash earned: $60K + ~$300K avg profit share = $360K/year × 5 years = $1.8M

Exit scenario: If DVC sells, your equity participates pro-rata in proceeds.

What "Net Profit" Means (Crystal Clear Definition)

Revenue MINUS

  • All team costs (your salary, offshore team, US staff)
  • Infrastructure and overhead (software, tools, servers)
  • Founder's compensation for strategic coaching (1 hour/day)
  • All operating expenses

= Net Profit (you get 30%, founder gets 70%)

This is transparent, auditable, and based on standard P&L accounting.

Founder's Role (You Actually Run This)

First 90 Days

  • 2-3 hours/day working alongside you
  • Client introductions and transition support
  • Knowledge transfer and strategic guidance
  • You're learning, founder is teaching

After 90 Days

  • 1 hour/day maximum (coaching/strategic calls)
  • Available for major decisions, key client escalations
  • Otherwise completely hands-off—you own operations

Founder's Focus: Building separate high-growth tax strategy business (Profit Solutions). Genuinely wants to be OUT of DVC operations, not micromanaging.

Your First 90 Days (Clear Success Roadmap)

Month 1: Learn & Assess

  • Shadow founder, meet every client, understand operations
  • Work directly with departing PPC Director (knowledge transfer)
  • Audit all client accounts (identify risks, opportunities, quick wins)
  • Assess team capabilities (US + offshore)
  • Develop transition and growth plan

Month 2: Execute Transition

  • Take over primary client relationships (founder as backup)
  • Hire 1-2 India-based PPC specialists (begin Andy replacement)
  • Execute pricing increases (15-20% rate optimization)
  • Begin building offshore delivery infrastructure
  • Close 1-2 quick-win upsells

Month 3: Full Ownership

  • Own all client communication and relationships
  • Complete PPC team transition (minimize churn)
  • Founder down to 1 hour/day coaching only
  • Begin developing premium package offerings
  • Hit stabilization targets

90-Day Success Metrics (Non-Negotiable)

  • ✅ Retain 80%+ of clients through PPC Director transition
  • ✅ Execute pricing increases (revenue run rate $500K-$550K)
