Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Installation Technician role located in Monroe County, NY. The Installation Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and testing home entertainment and smart home systems, including audio-visual equipment, lighting, and automation systems. The role also involves performing troubleshooting and maintenance tasks, running cabling, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Interaction with clients to provide system education and deliver professional customer service is an integral part of this role.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively and efficiently
• Strong communication skills with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs
• Commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering professional customer service
• Experience with cabling, system installation, and working with audio-visual or automation systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation, blueprints, and system diagrams
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience in home entertainment, home automation, or a related field is a plus
