THE ROLE

We are looking for a fully bilingual (English/French) Technical Analyst who will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers on DCM’s e-Commerce systems (DCMFLEX) and ongoing account maintenance.

This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in Canada, however, if you live in Toronto/GTA, you will be expected to work out of our Brampton office 3 days a week.

key responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support and training to our clients to effectively utilize our e-Commerce applications via phone and email
• Address client inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly and professionally
• Set up and manage online user profiles and customer catalogues

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant college diploma, with 1+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting abilities
• Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite products
• Must be bilingual in English and French
