Summary

The Paid Media Marketing Specialist will support the execution of campaigns focused on patient recruitment. This role will work with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement strategies across multiple channels, optimize performance, and ensure high-quality content delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Digital Marketing Manager of Paid Media and the Director of Marketing in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Execute daily campaign tasks such as setup, quality assurance, troubleshooting, budget pacing, bid adjustments, responding to project management inquiries, performance monitoring, and proactive issue escalation.
  • Support creative production by drafting ad copy, pulling assets, coordinating with design, and assisting in creative refresh needs.
  • Oversee tracking precision across UTMs, pixels, and tags, and assist in quality assurance processes.
  • Fulfill reporting needs to track conversion and enrollment funnel metrics.
  • Conduct competitive research to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and running A/B tests to refine targeting, creative, and landing pages for improved performance.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager of Paid Media on forecasting models, pacing plans, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or regulated industries preferred.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager platforms, CRM reporting).
  • Strong copywriting and attention to detail; ability to troubleshoot campaign issues quickly and accurately.

Competency Requirements

  • Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
