The Marketing Coordinator Assists with overseeing marketing strategy, performance, and brand alignment for a multi-location dental organization. This role focuses on driving new patient growth, strengthening brand presence, optimizing campaigns, and managing agency partnerships and marketing initiatives across multiple dental brands. Core Responsibilities-

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management ● Develops and manages monthly and annual marketing plans for 24+ offices. ● Oversees PPC/Google Ads and SEO strategies by setting budgets, campaign goals, and performance expectations with external marketing agencies. ● Plans and oversees paid social, print, and community marketing initiatives. ● Creates targeted campaigns for general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, emergency care, specialty dentistry, and orthodontics. ● Aligns marketing budgets with seasonality, office needs, and ROI expectations. Analytics & Performance Reporting ● Tracks new patient volume, marketing ROI, cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), show rates, and attrition across all offices. ● Builds annual, quarterly, and monthly performance reports to guide strategic decision-making. ● Uses data insights to adjust budgets, campaigns, and office-specific strategies. Brand, Creative & Social Media Oversight ● Sets brand standards and strategic direction across all company brands. ● Oversees brand creative, social media strategy, and employee engagement initiatives executed by the Social Media & Employee Engagement Coordinator/Assistant. ● Ensures brand consistency, quality, and alignment with company goals. Community Outreach & Referral Marketing ● Plans and coordinates community outreach, sponsorships, events, and referral initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate new patient leads. ● Develops supporting marketing materials and messaging for outreach efforts. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration ● Collaborates with executive leadership, operations, and call center teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. ● Supports office growth initiatives, specialty expansion, and new location launches. Vendor & Partner Management ● Manages relationships with external marketing vendors and partners. ● Oversees vendor onboarding, deliverables, reporting, and ongoing communication. ● Leads vendor transitions and evaluates new marketing partnerships.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
