The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and expanding paid acquisition and conversion efforts, with a focus on the US market. This role demands deep expertise in social media ads, SEM, and programmatic advertising, as well as experience in affiliate tracking, BI, data analysis, and CRO. The Head of Performance Marketing will have full ownership over budget allocation, marketing strategy, and team leadership, and must be well-versed in digital marketing within regulated industries. Key responsibilities for the Head of Performance Marketing include developing and executing performance marketing strategies, managing and optimizing high-budget campaigns, and ensuring compliance with US-regulated market requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale advertising budgets, strong expertise in PPC, paid social, programmatic advertising, and affiliate tracking technologies. Experience with US gambling regulations, major sportsbook brands, and state-specific acquisition strategies is highly preferred. The role also involves scaling and managing teams, establishing partnerships with key operators and affiliates, and staying ahead of industry trends to innovate marketing strategies.
