Digital Marketing Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be a marketer at heart, with traditional marketing experience. They will oversee and guide our digital marketing efforts, ensuring effective communication and execution of campaigns. This is an in-office position based at our Vaughan location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Partner with our Creative Agency of Record, as well as our Digital Agencies to develop, optimize, and execute marketing campaigns in line with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Integrate Traditional Media Platforms: Create effective cross-links between traditional media (Print, TV, Direct Mail, and Radio) and digital marketing execution (PPC, Social Media, SEO, and Video)
  • Team Leadership and Development: Direct the digital marketing team efforts, ensuring successful execution of campaigns across various platforms, while growing individual capabilities and establishing a world-class team.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and conduct research to identify growth opportunities and increase local market share.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with business owners, creative, public relations, and product development teams to align marketing execution with business objectives.
  • Innovative Approaches: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing strategies and trends, incorporating innovative methods into our marketing efforts.
  • Franchise Support: Act as a liaison between the internal team and franchise locations, understanding needs and assisting in achieving local marketing goals.
  • Brand Communication: Ensure effective communication of the company's messaging to attract prospective customers and maintain a strong brand presence.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and results of marketing activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
