Brand Sales/Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our sales team based in Costa Mesa. As a Brand Sales & Marketing Assistant you will be trained, from the ground up, on all aspects of our client accounts and sales campaigns. Through direct customer engagement you will play a key role in our client’s mission by helping connect people with valuable communications solutions while developing your own skills in sales, marketing, and brand representation. This is an entry-level role and no experience is necessary.

Position Overview

To keep up with demand, we are excitedly seeking an energetic, organized, and people-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Trainee. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with the public, are excited about learning the ins and outs of brand and client management, and are motivated to grow within a supportive team environment. No prior experience is required- comprehensive training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of direct-to-consumer sales & marketing campaigns to increase awareness of client products and services.
• Engage with residents, answer questions, and provide accurate information about available services.
• Develop product knowledge and follow compliance standards during all customer interactions.
• Assist with outreach efforts, follow-ups, and lead generation initiatives within local communities and residential areas.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and campaign activity.
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and occasional industry development conferences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $850.00 - $1,200.00 per week
