Seasonal Golf eCommerce/Retail Staff

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, this role will act as support staff to the Merchandise Department at the ClubLink Warehouse.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to follow opening and closing procedures
  • Retail operations- including product presentation and up to par store standards
  • Process sales through the TEI system
  • Answering customer queries via calls and email
  • Print and record sales from ShopClubLink, Amazon, Ebay and Golf Clearance Warehouse website
  • Submission of sales paperwork
  • Supporting warehousing activities including shipments and receiving

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Previous merchandising/golf experience is an asset
  • Excellent Microsoft skills
  • Customer Service Skills
