Now, we’re looking for a savvy social media manager to join our team. Is it you?
- *In this role you will**:
- Engage people online and through social media: Execute our day-to-day social media activities and tell compelling stories across online and social media platforms.
- Increase our social media and digital IQ: Lead the organization’s social media strategy, work with other functional teams to develop content plans, create and manage a social media content calendar, and launch and moderate a Christie blog.
- Create: Use your creative thinking and digital know-how to craft compelling, shareable content that supports online campaigns.
- Collaborate: Work collaboratively with marketing colleagues and other departments to launch social campaigns that will build brand awareness, thought leadership and demand for Christie solutions.
- Build relationships: Help build our social relationships with the media, online influencers, AV partners and both potential and existing customers.
- Analyze, report, improve: Undertake regular reporting of social media activities. Identify goals and measure progress, leveraging your analysis to improve our social efforts over time.
- *Qualifications**:
- 2 - 5 years relevant experience in marketing or online media, preferably in social media, digital marketing, public relations or journalism.
- 1+ years of experience in social media including strategy and content creation. Proven track record of integrating social media into broader marketing campaigns, with experience running successful, high-impact and highly engaging social media programs.
- Excellent communications skills in written and spoken English with an understanding of how to communicate across different digital platforms. (Communication skills in Portuguese or Spanish would be a bonus.)
- Proven analytic skills and experience using social media monitoring and publishing tools. Demonstrated ability to analyze results and leverage the information to improve future programs.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment that requires self-motivation and personal responsibility.
- Solid project management skills with a proven ability to translate objectives into programs that effectively reach the target audience.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across a large global and multi-disciplined network.
- Preferred: Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism or Business Degree or equivalent.
