We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and entrepreneurial Brand and Marketing Manager to steward the Cellar Beast brand and expand its impact. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Andreas, PA, with flexibility for remote work and weekly or biweekly in-person meetings.
You’ll lead all aspects of marketing—crafting brand narratives, creating campaigns, managing our digital ecosystem, and nurturing a loyal audience that includes wine club members, eventgoers, and new customers across the region and beyond. You’ll also work closely with our winemaking team and ownership to align brand strategy with business growth objectives.
This is an exciting growth opportunity for a marketing professional ready to step into a senior leadership trajectory. You'll eventually help build and lead a small marketing team to support a rapidly expanding brand.What You'll Do:
Strategy & Storytelling
Develop and implement multi-channel brand strategies that reflect our mission, drive awareness, and support revenue goals
Lead marketing calendar planning across product launches, tasting room events, wine club campaigns, and e-commerce promotions
Craft compelling, authentic storytelling that highlights our wines, people, and placeDigital & Content Marketing
Own and optimize our digital platforms—social media, website, email, and paid ads—to generate engagement, sales, and loyalty
Execute marketing campaigns from concept to reporting, with a balance of creative vision and data-backed decision-making
Monitor and report on KPIs across all marketing channels, using insights to improve performance and customer experienceBrand Oversight
Ensure visual and verbal brand consistency across all platforms, campaigns, and collateral
Manage and maintain an evolving library of photo, video, and written content aligned with our brand pillarsCommunity & Partnership Building
Serve as a key brand ambassador—collaborating with media, local businesses, tourism boards, and industry partners
Manage PR outreach, influencer relationships, and cross-promotional opportunitiesTeam Building & Leadership
Act as a mentor and leader as the marketing team grows—help onboard and manage junior support or agency partners
Bring a proactive, startup mindset to solving challenges, innovating processes, and scaling successful campaignsWhat We're Looking For
5–8+ years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, or digital communications
Proven success in crafting and leading brand strategy across both digital and physical touchpoints
Strong understanding of website presence, social media, CRM/email marketing, and content creation (including Webflow, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, and Buffer)
Skilled with data and analytics platforms (Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Ads), and able to pivot strategy based on performance
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Frase.io) to streamline content creation and boost campaign efficiency
Passion for wine, food, and hospitality culture; experience in the wine, beverage, or luxury sectors is a major plus
E-commerce and DTC sales experience highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered
Strong project management and self-direction—someone who thrives on both creative vision and hands-on executionPosition Details
