As part of our Growth Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in leading subscriber acquisition efforts across multiple streaming products by developing performance-driven strategies that fuel global expansion.We are looking for someone who is deeply passionate about influencer marketing, pop culture, digital trends, and the evolving social landscape, with a particular focus on APAC markets. This position sits within the global Influencer Marketing team, where you will partner closely with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders.You will support all facets of influencer-driven advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, including: Talent discovery and vetting.Campaign coordination and asset management.Performance tracking to ensure strong results.If you are ready to elevate how millions of people engage with content globally, we invite you to apply!Fluency in Japanese and English is required, as you'll regularly collaborate with creators and partners in Japan and beyond.Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and source new influencer talent-particularly in Korea and Japan-using SaaS discovery platforms and social search tools.Build and nurture direct relationships with influencers, creator agencies, and regional partners across APAC.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, legal, strategy, paid media) to ensure smooth campaign approvals and launch processes.Organize, manage, and distribute marketing and influencer assets across multiple internal databases.Partner with paid media teams to align on asset delivery, campaign timing, and creative needs.Track and analyze post and ad performance, reporting regularly against key KPIs.Maintain an active, up-to-date "influencer pipeline" with authentic, on-brand creators suited for future campaigns.Support presentation development, timelines, and internal documentation.Prospect and curate new talent for influencer campaigns in but not limited to Korea leveraging SaaS platforms and social platform search tools.Build and manage direct relationships with social media influencers and agencies within but not limited to JapanResponsible for the collection, storage, and distribution of marketing assets such as branded materials and influencer assets across multiple databases.Liaise with Paid Media teams to coordinate asset deliveries and campaign launches.Proactively manage the brand's "influencer funnel," constantly updating it with new, authentic, on-brand influencers to partner with.Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in local markets.
