Location: Wellesley, MassachusettsJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $45 - 49 per hourJoin us as a Content Marketing Manager to drive the content strategy for our client's fast-growing retail media network—the digital marketing arm of the 6th largest company in the U.S.!In this key role, you will be responsible for defining a clear and differentiated content strategy across the board for this innovative retail media platform. Your ultimate aim is to create content that significantly drives advertiser partnership and engagement, bringing this exciting brand to life and fueling its continued success in the omnichannel/commerce landscape.Responsibilities:Drive the content strategy across the board for the retail media network.Create a clear and differentiated content strategy for the retail media business to drive advertiser partnership and engagement.Assess the competitive landscape and advertiser needs (current and future) as the voice of retail media network in the market.Craft the retail media network into a unique brand with a solidified, differentiated, and consistent industry position.Drive the retail media brand story through paid, owned, and earned channels in concert with internal teams, external agencies, and business leadership teams.Strategically deploy content on behalf of the retail media business across paid and owned channels, including: Website, LinkedIn, Sales support collateral, Media campaignsOrchestrate cross-team involvement to foster a comprehensive retail media content calendar.Develop focused messaging for the content calendar that drives engagement in retail media products and client solutions for advertisers.Work collaboratively with many teams across the organization.Apply expertise in digital media and B2B marketing to support overall business objectives. Qualifications:3+ years of Adobe Analytics experience.3-5 years of experience in content marketing or communications, preferably within B2B, adtech, or retail media.3+ years of digital product marketing ownership, including examples of driving significant product & partnership growth.3+ years of cross-functional experience.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in product marketing at a digital media vendor or retail media network for 2+ years.Proven track record of the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external business partners in delivery of positive results.Self-motivated, high-capacity individual who can function and win in a demanding, performance-driven environment.Excellent communication skills that can be effectively articulated in both written and oral forms across a diverse audience base.
