This role will spend the most time tracking and analyzing website activity and marketing campaign effectiveness, then creating clear and concise reports and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders. You'll monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities while supporting and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Responsibilities also include assisting with A/B testing strategies, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with internal teams or external agencies to streamline data collection. Additionally, you'll support content management, marketing automation, and CRM tools, and work closely with the digital marketing, design, and product teams on ongoing and emerging projects. REQUIREMENTS • Minimum Requirements • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 1-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing analytics • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and advise on conversion performance • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (strong excel skills) and Google Analytics • Experience with marketing automation tools • Proficiency in programming languages a plus (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) • Strong organizational and communication skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Strategic mindset • Actively displays behaviors that support the mission, vision, and values of Castle Biosciences. • Preferred Requirements • Experience with SEO, PPC, and social media analytics preferred. • Please see the attached job description for additional roles, responsibilities, and requirements. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS • Some travel but less than 10% • Potential exposure to caustic, corrosive chemicals or bio-hazardous samples exists when in a laboratory area.
