The Wellness Program & Growth Manager is a dual-threat role responsible for both the communication with potential clients and the excellence of program delivery. You are the face of the program from the first point of contact to the final graduation. Your success is measured not only by how well the program runs, but by how many lives we reach. You will bridge the gap between marketing and coaching by turning interested leads into committed clients.

> Communications - act as the primary point of contact for all inbound inquiries

> Proactively manage and nurture waitlists and support through our systems, managing transitions from lead to client

> Social Media Management - lead high value, educational and engaging content that provides a voice and acts as a bridge to get people into the ecosystem

> Budget Management - manage your marketing and communications budget

> Operate independently while collaborating with a supportive, global team

> Commitment to self

> Strong communication and advanced networking skills

> Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of motivation

> Leadership skills

> Experience in digital marketing an asset, but not necessary if there is willingness to learn

> Time Management and Prioritization is a must

> Prior experience in wellness, leadership, or lifestyle coaching is an advantage but not necessary
