Global Marketing Leadership
ETS seeks a visionary Global Head of Marketing to lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for the GRE brand. This high-impact leadership role blends strategic thinking, digital innovation, and global collaboration to drive brand preference, revenue growth, and mission impact.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing agenda across B2C and B2B segments, including brand, product, pricing, packaging, and lifecycle marketing.
- Drive performance across digital channels, email, social, content, events, PR, and partnerships.
- Use insights and analytics to identify target audiences, analyze trends, and develop data-driven strategies that resonate globally.
- Lead digital transformation efforts to enhance lead generation, conversion, and retention.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles. Proven success in global B2C and B2B marketing environments, expertise in performance marketing, marketing automation, and MarTech platforms are essential. Experience leading distributed teams in matrixed organizations is also crucial.
