Scope
BMS Enterprises is looking for an E-Commerce Specialist. We need someone familiar with Amazon, Megento and Shopify to join our dynamic team. We don't expect you to be an expert in all three, but certainly some experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will be responsible for managing product listings across several web sites and marketplaces (AMAZON, Shopify, and Magento) of a multitude of product SKUs, optimizing product visibility, researching new opportunities, launching new products, analyzing data, and assisting with growing revenue.
- You have strong product research and knowledge and will research product performance to learn, analyze, and adjust strategy to ensure we are maintaining and growing product sales on the sites as much as possible.
- You will work closely with marketing, graphics design, warehouse, sales, customer service to ensure products posted online will attract customers and increase revenues.
- You will use your skills to streamline the Company's online business and presence to maximize product profits and sales.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- A completed degree or diploma in eCommerce management or related education. A combination of related education and relevant experience will be taken into consideration
- Minimum of 2 years of eCommerce experience
- Solid understanding of eCommerce sites operations to navigate effectively, ability to adjust product information regularly and as required/needed to optimize competitiveness in the market, demonstrated ability to effectively interact/work with other teams and individuals (ex. warehouse, customer service, marketing, sales, graphic design, etc.) to ensure that products are posted online and are optimized and user-friendly for the customers
- Good understanding of "Fulfillment by Amazon" (FBA) and processing FBA orders
- Familiar with Amazon Brand Registry
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong sense of urgency to ensure that deadlines for shipping are met per Company policies and eCommerce site policies
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Customer service acumen and ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Must be dependable, reliable and able to work the required office business hours with a good attendance record
