This role serves as the primary client contact, overseeing day-to-day communication, managing the execution of retail search programs, and guiding analyst-level team members. You will analyze performance data, develop retail search strategy and testing plans with senior leadership, and present insights and recommendations to clients. The position also supports team training, maintains relationships with key retail media partners and assists with new business efforts.

Ideal candidates have 2.5+ years of experience in Retail Search/Marketplace Search Advertising (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel) with a strong direct-response focus (CPA, ROAS, etc.). Experience with bid-management platforms and analytics tools is preferred. The role requires strong analytical and Excel skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently while mentoring junior team members.
