Digital Experience Marketing Lead
Lead digital marketing and Customer Experience (CX) strategy, planning, and budget deployment for digital marketing activities
Assess, trial, and incorporate technologies that increase digital transformation within Canada, as well as provide change management across multiple functional teams to ensure our organization is set-up for success
Align with North America (NA) CX Community and Enterprise (global) colleagues, to access and find efficient and valuable customer solutions that are applicable to Canada

- *What you will do**:
Lead digital marketing and CX strategy, planning and budget deployment and for digital marketing activities in Crop Science Canada
Assess, trial and incorporate technologies that increase digital transformation within Canada, as well as provide change management across multiple functional teams to ensure our organization is set up for success
Align with NA CX Community and Enterprise (global) colleagues, in-order to find efficient and valuable customer solutions that are applicable to Canada
Collaboration with Customer Relationship and Process Leads, Customer Excellence and Marketing Leads, and Customer Loyalty and Incentives Lead to fully leverage the digital ecosystem
Lead agency partner relationships for the design of a highly scalable digital framework that elevates customer experience (increasing, earning and retaining customer loyalty)
Lead cross-organizational and functional collaboration among internal and external stakeholders (i.e. creative and development agencies and IT) to support digital program and project development
Co-create and collaborate with the Canadian Marketing team, Unit Supporting Squad(s) and customer facing colleagues to lead the creation and delivery of relevant and engaging content to our customers across a broad number of digital channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube and our websites); oversee all elements including content intake, planning, execution and final reporting
Align with the agency to actively monitor the social platforms to recognize and respond to trends and adjust messaging to be relevant to our customer needs
- *Who you are**:
B.Sc/B.Sc Ag/B.Comm/B.A in Business/Marketing or Agriculture related discipline
Strong digital marketing experience with preference given to experience in the Agriculture industry
Strong knowledge of the grower customer and supporting their retail channel is preferred
Digital Marketing Agency experience is an asset
Project management experience is an asset
Effective organizational, project management and time management abilities
Able to prioritize effectively and have strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams while supporting multiple priorities and deadlines
