Job Description
As a Performance Marketing Manager with a focus on Google Ads, you will develop tailor-made Google Ads strategies and work closely with account strategists, media buyers, and pushing experts to continuously improve the performance of their clients. You will use the interaction of Google Ads with other channels such as Meta and Microsoft and develop effective synergies.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing Google Ads strategies and working closely with account strategists and media buyers
- Creating well-founded market analyses, competitor reports, and testing strategies
- Bring a solid basic understanding of conversion optimization and user guidance
- Optimizing campaigns with knowledge from the e-commerce sector and knowing the requirements of Shopify and common shop setups
- Developing successful strategies based on market and target group insights
- Analyzing KPIs and creating meaningful reports to provide well-founded recommendations for action and ensure long-term success
- Advising customers with data-based recommendations and helping them achieve their goals in the area of Google Ads and Shopping
Requirements
- Experience: Having a proven track record in developing and implementing scalable Google Ads strategies and managing high advertising budgets
- Google Ads Expertise: Being an expert in the Google Ads environment with a focus on Search & Shopping, including campaign structuring, bidding strategies, budget control, and data-based optimization
- Feed Optimization: Having experience in optimizing product data feeds and managing them effectively in Shopping campaigns
- E-commerce skills: being well-versed in dealing with performance metrics such as ROAS, MER, AOV, and conversion rate and optimizing them regularly In addition, you have in-depth knowledge of buying behavior and target group insights
- Analytical thinking: Analyzing data quickly, drawing precise impulses for action, and thus driving performance
- Self-employment & structure: Working independently and keeping track of complex campaigns
- Communication skills: Being able to communicate your ideas clearly and concisely in English (C1)
- Team spirit: Being a real team player and supporting your colleagues in achieving common goals
