Our Growth Marketing team is looking for a seasoned **Digital Campaign Specialist** with an uncanny talent for conversions.

As a member of our Growth Marketing team, you will be responsible for acquiring users for our internal and external products by creating, maintaining, and optimizing compelling ad strategies across multiple web properties and paid traffic channels including, Search, Social, Display & others.

  • *A TYPICAL DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CAMPAIGN SPECIALIST**
  • Create, coordinate, and manage customer acquisition strategies and paid campaigns on search engines and social media.
  • Optimize campaign content, analyze traffic sources, metrics, and patterns with the objective of constantly maximizing ROAS.
  • Plan & execute new strategies to drive online traffic to our various digital properties.
  • Evaluate and benchmark results against market conditions, the competitive landscape, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Turn our performance metrics into actionable insights and work with our web dev & design teams to constantly transform your findings into ongoing cycle of optimization for your sales funnels.

  • You master the implementation and optimization of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook).
  • You are a self-starter with a forward-thinking attitude.
  • You are curious and are always challenging yourself and your coworkers with new ideas.
  • You have a proven ability to effectively analyze and transform data into useful insights.
  • You are results-driven and know what it takes to turn an idea or vision into reality.
  • You have an intimate understanding of terms like above-the-fold, CTA, ROAS & Impression share.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where there are often concurrent projects to manage.
  • *MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
  • 2+ years extensive experience managing online digital traffic campaigns.
  • Extensive exposure to the world of high-performance digital marketing and sales.
  • Experience working with analytics platforms and monitoring digital marketing KPI’s.
  • Strong analytical skills & ability to transform conclusions into opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effectively manage your time.
