Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our used car dealership in Mississauga. This role plays a key part in increasing online visibility, attracting qualified buyer and seller leads, and driving consistent traffic across multiple digital platforms.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and content creation. You will be responsible for managing online listings, running targeted ads, producing engaging short-form videos, and optimizing our digital presence to maximize lead volume and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital lead generation strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and automotive listing platforms.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads) aimed at both car buyers and private sellers.
  • Post, refresh, and optimize vehicle listings on Facebook Marketplace, AutoTrader, CarGurus, Kijiji, and other relevant platforms.
  • Film and edit short-form videos for social media, including car walkarounds, dealership features, customer testimonials, and new arrivals.
  • Build and maintain landing pages such as "Sell Your Car in Mississauga Fast" to support inbound lead flow.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager; adjust campaigns to improve ROI.
  • Conduct market research on pricing, local demand trends, and competitor activity (e.g., Clutch, online automotive retailers, local dealerships).
  • Maintain accurate records of inbound leads, campaign results, and outreach activity.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure fast and consistent lead follow-up.
  • Stay current with digital marketing best practices, social media trends, SEO updates, and automotive marketing strategies.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or social media management (automotive experience is an asset but not required).
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook/Instagram advertising, SEO techniques, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience creating online content (ads, social media posts, videos, landing pages).
  • Ability to film and edit short videos using a smartphone and tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar platforms for basic landing page creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and update listings consistently.
  • Prior experience in automotive sales, customer service, or small business marketing is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
