Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms including social media, email, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and content management systems like WordPress.
- Utilize SEO tools and perform keyword research to enhance website visibility and organic traffic.
- Create engaging content tailored for diverse audiences, incorporating copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia elements using Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop.
- Manage social media accounts through social media management tools, crafting posts that foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques across landing pages and campaigns to maximize lead generation and sales performance.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads (including Google AdWords), and other performance marketing channels, analyzing results with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Build strong relationships within online communities by responding to comments, facilitating discussions, and organizing virtual events or webinars that promote interaction.
- Leverage marketing automation platforms to nurture leads through targeted email marketing campaigns, ensuring personalized communication that drives retention.
- Monitor campaign performance regularly, utilizing analytics to refine strategies for improved ROI and community growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on social media marketing, SEM, SEO, or content creation.
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs, along with experience in keyword research and content optimization.
- Familiarity with website management platforms like WordPress, content management systems (CMS), and basic HTML/CSS coding skills.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and visual content development.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising, Google Ads/AdWords, with a clear understanding of performance metrics.
- Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics or similar tools to inform decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools for email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing sequences.
- Excellent copywriting skills combined with a knack for engaging storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Background in B2B (business-to-business) marketing or e-commerce is a plus, along with familiarity with JavaScript or SQL for advanced data analysis or website customization.
