Assistant / Social Media Manager

Position Summary
We’re hiring a full-time Assistant / Social Media Manager to support our day-to-day operations, content planning, and client engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, loves social media, and is eager to learn about all aspects of marketing in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with managing multiple client social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Schedule, post, and monitor content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar
- Help brainstorm and execute creative content ideas (photo/video direction, captions, trends)
- Engage with client audiences—replying to comments, DMs, and staying on top of brand voice
- Support the project manager and content creators with scheduling and campaign planning
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, file organization, and creative asset management
- Collaborate with the design and video team to ensure cohesive branding across platforms
- Attend team meetings, contribute ideas, and help keep projects moving on time
Qualifications
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Passion for marketing, trends, pop culture, and creative storytelling
- Bonus: Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic video editing
