E-Commerce and Marketing Manager

$50,000 - $65,000 a year.
POSITION SUMMARY
AGM (Marketing Agency) is on the search for an E-Commerce Account Manager who excels at E-Commerce with Shopify or similar platforms and knows how to use Paid Ads, Meta Ads and Google Ads, to attract buyers and who can communicate fluently with clients. We’re seeking someone with hands-on experience in advertising, media buying, and data analysis across these platforms.

OBJECTIVES
- Foster clear communication with clients to grasp their advertising goals and campaign requirements.
- Oversee the daily management of advertising campaigns, with a required focus on E-commerce ads, Facebook Paid Ads and Google Ads.
- Generate comprehensive campaign reports and conduct in-depth analysis to track performance.
- Continuously refine ad creatives to enhance campaign effectiveness on Facebook and Google platforms.
- Apply conversion rate optimization strategies to maximize ad performance.
- Monitor and analyze multi-channel campaigns, with an emphasis on data from Facebook and Google.
- Identify trends and implement strategic enhancements to improve campaign results.
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring their goals are met and exceeded.
- Create and uphold solid partnerships with publishers and vendors.
COMPETENCIES
- 2 Years required experience with E-commerce ads, Facebook Paid Ads and Google Ads; this is essential for the role.
- 2 years experience setting up sales funnels.
- Demonstrated organizational prowess and strategic planning abilities.
- A self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial edge.
- The ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks efficiently, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- A detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- No college degree is required
- Previous agency experience is a plus but not required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
