We are seeking a customer-obsessed Retention Strategist to help deepen loyalty, drive repeat purchases, and turn one-time shoppers into lifelong brand evangelists.

The Retention Strategist role requires a blend of data-savvy lifecycle marketing skills with the empathy and creativity to nurture a high-value customer community.

• Lifecycle & CRM: Build and optimize Klaviyo flows, develop customer journeys, and own segmentation and personalization strategies across email and SMS.
• Community Strategy: Lead engagement and programming for our exclusive Facebook group, develop and manage a content calendar, and foster a sense of belonging through member recognition and feedback loops.
• Loyalty & Referral Strategy: Identify opportunities for exclusive offers, rewards, and referral incentives, partner with creative and CX teams, and execute new loyalty moments and surprise-and-delight campaigns.
• Customer Insights & Reporting: Monitor and report on retention KPIs, translate insights into strategic tests, and optimization opportunities.
