We are seeking a PMO professional to support project governance, ensure operational efficiency, and drive consistent delivery across teams. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in project coordination, reporting, and process optimization, supported by solid experience with Jira, Confluence, and Power BI.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support project governance by maintaining project plans, timelines, risks, and documentation.
  • Monitor project performance and prepare reports and dashboards using Power BI and Office 365.
  • Manage and optimize workflows in Jira and Confluence to support project tracking and collaboration.
  • Assist in process improvement, resource coordination, and alignment across project teams and HR stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in PMO or project coordination roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of process management and human resources workflows.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
