Role Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager skilled in B2B Sales Transformation, specifically within High Tech and Software sectors. You will utilize your experience to drive both sales and delivery transformation initiatives, focusing on the entire Lead-to-Order process, optimizing sales strategies, and maximizing deal effectiveness.
The work
- Bring extensive expertise in B2B Sales, particularly through the Lead to Order lifecycle and Renewal processes.
- Optimize the complete deal lifecycle, encompassing Opportunity Management, Quote (CPQ), Price Optimization, Contracting (CLM), and Billing.
- Implement and refine sales processes to enhance both effectiveness and efficiency.
- Leverage your knowledge of recurring revenue models such as subscription and consumption to enhance Renewals and upsell strategies.
- Understand and apply both Direct and Indirect Channel Selling practices to connect Sales, Operations, and Technology.
- Evaluate current sales functions and recommend tailored solutions that cater to clients' unique organizational requirements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in B2B Sales Transformation and emerging technologies; collaborate with key partners in the ecosystem.
- Approach challenges with a consulting mindset to build strong relationships between Sales and delivery teams.
- Identify and develop new growth strategies to maximize market opportunities in the digital landscape.
- Create compelling value propositions that enhance clients' agility by integrating digital and physical sales channels.
- Assist clients in aligning their sales efforts to fulfill objectives.
- Spot capability gaps and offer guidance to enhance workforce productivity and customer strategy.
- Lead change management initiatives for successful adoption and implementation of sales transformation solutions.
- Foster long-term client relationships and support business development initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and continue to develop your own expertise to maintain Accenture's industry leadership.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience analyzing and optimizing sales processes across various go-to-market strategies.
- Proficiency in data analytics pertaining to sales and business performance.
- Experience in partner and field sales, including recruitment and execution.
- A track record of building high-performing partner programs and teams within business development.
- Participation in large-scale global transformation programs.
- Experience with customer and partner satisfaction initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in transformation initiatives involving SaaS solutions and their integration within sales and marketing ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with leading CRM and ICM applications like Salesforce.com and MS Dynamics for data analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud and on-premises applications for partner compensation and sales data collection.
- 4+ years of experience in a consulting environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or business is preferred.
- Knowledge of industry trends relating to partner programs and platforms.
