Working with the Sales Team to identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives.
Develop and implement marketing studies to determine market sizes, customer profiles, and develop strategies to reach customers.
Create, maintain, and conduct digital marketing programs to broaden the company reach and increase overall lead generation.
Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing strategies and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
Lead the execution of digital marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
Manage and execute all work related to Trade Shows, including research, scheduling, and bookings.
Support the Sales Team through attending sales team meetings and events as well as documenting business processes and providing sales support.
Demonstrate the accountabilities under Vidir’s Risk Management System and Continuous Improvement Programs and lead by example.
*Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role.
Personable and ability to manage people.
Demonstrated experience in the field of marketing, public relations, and sales.
Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results.
Exposure to digital and direct response marketing with a proficiency in online marketing and social media strategies.
Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking with a high attention to detail.
Ability to travel as necessary.
