*Responsibilities**:
Develop, execute, and manage paid social campaigns across Facebook Ads to drive leads, user engagement, and sales for Talkatoo.
Create and test ad creatives, targeting strategies, and audience segmentation to optimize conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize results.
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce engaging ad assets that align with our brand voice and messaging.
Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new strategies to improve the performance of campaigns.
Leverage Facebook’s advanced targeting tools, including custom and lookalike audiences, to reach the most relevant prospects.
Optimize the full customer journey, from ad impressions to conversion and post-purchase retention, to drive a high lifetime value.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Facebook advertising and paid media within the SaaS space.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to key stakeholders within the company.
Collaborate with sales, customer success, and other marketing teams to align campaign objectives with overall business goals.
*Requirements**:
3+ years of proven experience in Facebook advertising with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns, particularly in SaaS or technology sales.
Expertise in using Facebook Ads Manager, Ads Creative Hub, and Facebook Pixel for tracking and optimization.
In-depth understanding of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and advanced features like custom and lookalike audiences.
Solid experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to drive high-quality lead generation and sales through Facebook advertising.
Familiarity with other paid media channels is a plus (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
