The Director will work side-by-side with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that impact the Foundation’s ways of working while supporting our mission and organization culture.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can act as a business advisor to drive culturally- aligned HR investments enabling a stellar employee experience and positioning Wikimedia as an employer of choice in nonprofit fields.
