Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize the annual B2B media budget across core paid channels to generate qualified leads
Build and execute full-funnel demand generation strategies based on performance data and customer journey insights
Analyze campaign performance and translate results into actionable insights for the growth leadership team
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation, with 5+ years in marketing leadership
Proven success in scaling B2B demand programs and managing large media budgets in a high-growth SaaS environment
Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, attribution modeling, and ROI frameworks
Hands-on experience with B2B martech tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and paid platforms like Google and LinkedIn
Experience influencing cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, and Finance
