Key Responsibilities

Deliver talent brand marketing initiatives across digital channels and report on engagement and awareness

Support and / or lead corporate events that reflect the company's values and culture

Engage with the global leadership talent community and maintain key talent brand channels

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related field

Experience in supporting or planning corporate events, including budget management

Strong interest in talent brand marketing, employer branding, or recruitment marketing

Proficiency with digital tools and platforms

A proactive, collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow
