Digital Marketing Learner Advocate

A company is looking for a Learner Success Advocate - Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned learners, providing support and guidance throughout their Digital Marketing program

Moderate live sessions, facilitating engagement and assisting learners with questions and logistics

Monitor learner progress, identify at-risk learners, and provide accountability support to ensure successful course completion

Required Qualifications

2+ years in customer-facing, education, or coaching roles

Solid understanding of core digital marketing areas such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media

Experience with tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and LMS platforms

Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment

Familiarity with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics and HubSpot
