Key Responsibilities

Own the regional marketing strategy, annual planning, budget management, and performance outcomes

Lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns across various channels

Design and deliver a compelling regional partner / agent marketing strategy

Required Qualifications

Proven experience leading regional or multi-market marketing strategy and execution

Strong background delivering end-to-end campaigns across digital, CRM, and offline channels

Highly analytical, with experience using data and dashboards to drive decisions

Experience within higher education or a comparable complex B2C / B2B environment

Demonstrated people leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
