Marketing Automation & Scheduling Specialist – Gulfood Exhibition Funnel

We are looking for a marketing automation / funnel integration specialist to connect our newsletter links to a landing page and a meeting scheduling flow.

Designers are already creating the newsletters and another team member is handling the mass mailings.

This role is purely about logic, automation, and scheduling integration.

Scope of Work

Program smart newsletter links with URL parameters

Build a landing page flow that

Pre-fills known data

Prompts recipients to enter missing variables

Captures Gulfood exhibition stand number

Integrate a live agenda / scheduling system (e.g. Zcal)

Enable direct meeting booking at the exhibitor’s stand

Send automatic calendar invites and confirmations

Set up basic internal notifications (email or similar)

Provide short documentation on link usage and agenda management
