E-Commerce Brand Manager

We’re hiring an E-Commerce Brand Manager to help run and grow an established Christian e-commerce brand.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the basics of Shopify and online marketing and wants to learn by owning a real brand day to day. The brand is already performing well, and you’ll be stepping into a structured environment with proven systems, support, and clear expectations.

You’ll work closely with the owner, collaborate daily with our in-office team, and gain hands-on experience that can lead to bigger opportunities across a portfolio of successful online brands.

What You’ll Do

Help manage the Shopify store (products, collections, organization, launches)
Manage and optimize email & SMS campaigns
Write and edit copy for a Christian / faith-based audience
Assist with new offers, funnels, and promotions
Coordinate with designers and VAs to move ideas from concept to live product
Prepare campaigns and assets for the media buyer
Track key performance metrics such as revenue, CPA, and subscriber growth
Help maintain strong customer satisfaction and brand health

Compensation & Growth

$40,000 base salary
$60,000+ OTE through monthly performance bonuses
Compensation grows as the brand grows

Location

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Vineyard, Utah, with daily collaboration and regular team meetings.
