NAVAIR’s Digital Department is on a mission to empower our workforce with cutting-edge digital tools and technologies to meet our priorities with speed and effectiveness. As a Digital Adoption Specialist, you will help lead this transformation by simplifying technical processes, driving adoption, and ensuring our teams fully utilize digital capabilities like Microsoft 365. You’ll act as a bridge between the Digital Department, program teams, subordinate commands, and external organizations to promote innovation and collaboration.

You will play a key role in shaping the future of the NAVAIR workforce by planning, executing, and delivering cutting-edge digital capabilities. In this position, you will lead transformational change by implementing effective digital adoption strategies, driving change management initiatives, providing comprehensive training and education, fostering communication and engagement, offering user support, and leveraging data-driven insights through measurement and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Adoption Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase adoption of digital tools, especially Microsoft 365.
  • Align digital initiatives with organizational goals and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Change Management

  • Plan and implement change management strategies to drive successful adoption of new technologies.
  • Identify potential challenges and develop solutions to overcome resistance to change.

Training and Education

  • Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and user-friendly documentation to empower employees.
  • Support self-service learning through guides and other resources.

Communication and Engagement

  • Develop communication plans to inform employees about digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build enthusiasm for digital transformation efforts.

User Support

  • Provide ongoing assistance for digital tools and troubleshoot user issues.
  • Partner with IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Measurement and Analysis

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of digital adoption.
  • Analyze feedback and data to improve user experience and optimize strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Proven ability to work independently, contribute innovative ideas, and complete tasks efficiently while collaborating with the team.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide decisions.
  • Advanced communication and training facilitation skills, particularly in remote or hybrid settings.
  • Experience in customer support, product adoption, or similar roles focused on improving user experience.

Salary Range: $65,200 - $100,000 (dependent on background and experience)
