Operations and Marketing Manager

Your day revolves around supporting all operations of our retail stores to ensure the highest level of operations and customer service.

You are enthusiastic and are customer focused. You will be responsible for:

• Implement, communicate and ensure compliance with all operating procedures.
• To aid in the recruitment and development of employees through coaching, mentoring and training.
• Work with managers to resolve any staff or customer related concerns.
• Perform quarterly store inspections to review store operations and security. (Travel required)
• Provide support to maintain excellence in store merchandising.
• Work closely with our warehouse manager to ensure efficiencies and safety.
• Monitor company performance and make suggestions to ensure each region achieves budget.
• You will coordinate the development and execution of all marketing strategies including print, broadcast, digital and social.

You bring excellent oral and written communication, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Position Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent combination of training, education or experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant managerial experience.
• Previous experience managing social media accounts.
• Comfortable with the use of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Analytics including Google and Facebook Ad Manager.
• Retail marketing experience considered an asset.
• A passion for the outdoors and outdoor activities is an asset.
• Graphic design skills considered an asset.
• Drivers license and vehicle required.
• Criminal background check required.
