Our client, a fast-growing AI-powered, direct-to-consumer fintech company, is hiring a Head of Growth / User Acquisition to own paid acquisition end-to-end. This is a hands-on performance role—not a “manage agencies and review decks” job. You will personally build, run, optimize, and scale campaigns, with attribution and measurement at the center of how spend decisions get made.

The acquisition mix is heavily weighted toward Meta (approximately 70–80% of spend), with TikTok as a key channel (Google experience is a plus). The team manages significant monthly ad spend, so they need someone who is comfortable operating at scale and accountable for results across both web and mobile/app campaigns.

This role can be hybrid or remote; local residency is not required.

What you’ll do

  • Own paid user acquisition across Meta and TikTok (primary focus), with Google as an added advantage
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end: build, launch, structure, pace budgets, optimize, test, and scale
  • Optimize performance against KPIs including CPA, CAC, ROAS, and LTV
  • Run structured experiments across audiences, creative angles, messaging, bids, budgets, and placements
  • Operate confidently at meaningful budget levels and scale efficiently
  • Partner with creative/content teams to translate performance insights into better ads and more winners
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to improve landing pages, onboarding flows, and conversion paths across web and mobile
  • Own attribution and measurement using an MMP (experience with Singular strongly preferred)
  • Ensure data integrity across channels and use attribution insights to guide budget allocation and testing priorities
  • Identify new channels, formats, and tactics to unlock incremental growth
  • Execute within platform policies and regulatory considerations typical of finance/credit products

What we’re looking for

  • 2–5+ years of hands-on growth marketing or paid media experience
  • Proven ownership of campaigns start to finish (setup → optimization → analysis → scaling)
  • Deep experience running performance acquisition on Meta, plus strong working experience with TikTok
  • Experience managing both web and mobile/app acquisition campaigns
  • Comfort operating at scale with significant budgets
  • Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics and optimization levers
  • Experience with a Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) and customer journey analytics (Singular preferred; comparable tools acceptable)
  • Analytical, proactive, and comfortable operating independently without micromanagement

Nice to have

  • Google campaign experience (Search/YouTube/Performance Max)
  • Fintech or other regulated-industry experience
  • Incrementality testing, cohort analysis, or advanced attribution modeling
  • Track record of scaling spend efficiently across multiple channels and placements
