Retail Media as a category is a $50B+ market and growing quickly. Retailers are increasingly extending the data from their online retail media strategy into their physical locations. TMobile Advertising Solutions is uniquely positioned to meet the needs of those retailers through providing a bundled endtoend solution including hardware, connectivity, software, and access to advertising demand. Our instore Retail Media Network (RMN) products are a fastgrowing suite of solutions helping retailers provide the best possible instore experience for their customers while helping brands reach customers in the moments that matter. TAds is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager that will be responsible for driving the vision, design, and product roadmap for our instore RMN offering in a fastpaced and multidimensional environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in both the adtech and outofhome or retail media industries, leading crossfunctional teams to deliver new features and experiences on the product roadmap. This role is also directly accountable for developing strong and productive relationships with Sales, Operations and BD teams, partner organizations, dependent technology teams, and supporting vendors.
Responsibilities Develop a product vision & strategy for our RMN product suite to provide retailers and their customers with the best possible instore experience. Collaborate with leadership to define and execute a product roadmap for our RMN products. Partner with our customers to understand their needs and problems, scope, deliver, and iterate on solutions to help them meet their goals. Work closely with engineering and outside vendors to build and enhance our RMN products, managing technical requirements, setting timelines, and ensuring highquality execution. Partner with internal crossfunctional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to ensure our solutions are meeting the needs of our customers. Lead gotomarket strategy for new offerings within our RMN product suite, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption across our customers. Monitor product usage and impact, using datadriven insights to refine and evolve our solutions. Qualifications Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, computer science, operations). 68 years of experience in product management, preferably in advertising technology, digitaloutofhome (DOOH), or retail media. Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand software systems, API integrations, and data modeling. Customeroriented mindset, with a deep empathy for endusers and passion for solving problems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex discussions, write succinct product specs, and present to senior stakeholders. Ability to balance shortterm wins with longterm product vision. Selfstarter with a team player attitude, thriving in a fastpaced and collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with retail media tech stacks, including order management systems, point of sale data management systems, customer relationship management systems, and online RMN offerings. Familiarity with the advertising data ecosystem, including data marketplaces, data providers, and measurement and attribution solutions. Eligibility At least 18 years of age. Compensation
Base Pay Range: $130,900 $236,200 (Corporate Bonus Target: 20%). The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At TMobile, employees in regular, nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year.
