Strategic Customer Marketing Lead

Job Summary
This is a senior-level marketing position responsible for driving growth and enrollment within distinct customer accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with customer success, strategic account managers, and key customers to develop and execute ROI-positive marketing plans.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer success, strategic account managers, and key customers to drive enrollment and ongoing utilization within distinct customer accounts.
- Develop acquisition and engagement strategies tailored to meet the needs of Covered Life populations within your domain.
- Lead marketing and engagement discussions with partners and customers to co-develop ROI-positive marketing plans.
- Build and execute customer marketing programs that maximize Spring Health owned/operated channels and customer-owned channels.
- Partner with Sales & Customer Success to provide sales enablement and ongoing support to key external stakeholders (health plan partners).
- Analyze, measure, and report on the impact of marketing initiatives across your book of business on a routine basis to customers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience; experience in healthcare and/or employer benefits is a plus.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- A strong data and analytics background; experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Google Analytics, Salesforce) a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and build end-to-end growth campaigns/assets in standard MarTech (e.g. Iterable/Braze, Wordpress, etc).
