Your role: Drive DECOMOMO’s growth across Amazon and marketplaces by developing and executing strategies that maximize sales, engagement, and brand visibility.   • *Main Responsibilities**:
  • **Sales Oversight & Growth**: Lead and manage sales operations across multiple marketplace platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Home Depot, TSC, Hongmall, etc.), ensuring revenue growth and optimizing sales performance.
  • **Strategic Implementation**: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketplace optimization techniques to drive engagement and increase conversions.
  • **Product Management**: Create and maintain product listings, including images, descriptions, pricing, and shipping policies on various e-commerce platforms in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • **SEO & PPC Optimization**: Optimize keywords in titles and descriptions to improve search rankings and implement Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • **Data Analysis & Performance Tracking**: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analyses of product performance, sales trends, and competitive positioning, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • **A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization**: Execute split-tests (A/B tests) to refine pricing, conversion rates, and overall sales strategies.
  • **Market Research**: Analyze competition in existing and emerging markets to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
  • **Social Media Strategy & Engagement**:
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Create and manage compelling content, campaigns, and collaborations to drive audience interaction.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content to convert engagement into potential sales.
  • **Graphic & Content Design**: Develop visually appealing marketing collateral, including product listings, social media creatives, catalogs, and website content.
  • **Reporting & Insights**: Generate reports analyzing revenue, expenses, and competitor activity, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • *Required Qualifications & Skills**:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in e-commerce, preferably managing online marketplaces (Amazon, Best Buy, Home Depot, TSC etc.).
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in social media marketing and content creation.
  • Proven track record in sales growth, strategy execution, and marketplace management.
  • Expertise in SEO & PPC to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon (required). Familiarity with other marketplace (such as Walmart, Best Buy, Home Depot, and Wayfair) dashboards is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret e-commerce data and market trends.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent design skills with experience in graphic creation (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc.)
  • Ability to leverage AI tools a must.
