Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Ecommerce Coordinator, located in Markham, ON. The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the online store, processing orders, handling customer service inquiries, monitoring sales, and updating product listings. The coordinator will also assist in developing sales strategies and analyzing ecommerce performance metrics to ensure consistent growth and effectiveness.

This person will expand the sales channels to include other established ones as well as develop new internally developed ones which may include auctions and other new channels.

Qualifications

• Possess strong Analytical Skills and E-Commerce experience
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience and knowledge in Sales
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Proficient with e-commerce platforms and software
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ecommerce or Marketing experience required
