Key Responsibilities:
As Manager, Amazon and Marketplaces you will be entrusted with steering the international marketplace product offering from conception through execution. You will guide brands through every stage of their journey-from initial vetting and market analysis to campaign management and operational coordination-ensuring their transition into new markets is seamless and profitable. - Serve as the direct owner of the marketplace product offering by leading and defining strategic direction for international expansion across multiple clients.
- Manage the growth strategy for a portfolio of U.S. brands expanding internationally by providing oversight, support services, and acting as the primary point of contact for ongoing client relationships.
- Lead day-to-day execution of growth and marketing strategies including setting up and managing Amazon advertising campaigns, conducting price A/B testing, and localizing content for new markets.
- Apply strong financial acumen to analyses brand profitability, evaluate advertising spend effectiveness, and connect performance metrics to customer acquisition and organic ranking improvements.
- Vet potential new brands for international expansion by preparing market opportunity analyses and creating compelling pitch decks outlining customized entry strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal Operations teams to coordinate logistics functions such as inventory replenishment and accurate demand planning for international marketplaces.
- Utilize internal support teams effectively for catalog operations and resolving complex Amazon Seller Central cases to maintain smooth marketplace operations.
- Communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations clearly to both clients and internal stakeholders using advanced data analytics tools.
- Oversee operational processes related to compliance, tariffs, duties, taxation, and cross-border logistics within marketplace environments.
- Maintain high standards of client service by proactively addressing issues, sharing best practices, and fostering long-term collaborative relationships.

- Proven track record opening and managing listings in various international Amazon marketplaces such as Canada, EU countries, Mexico, UK or similar regions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of global compliance requirements including cross-border logistics, tariffs, duties, taxation as they relate to marketplace operations.
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end growth strategies on Amazon from account setup through campaign creation to ongoing performance optimization.
- Extensive background in client-facing roles where you have successfully managed a book of business while nurturing high-value customer relationships over time.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience demonstrating your commitment to learning and development within the field.
- High proficiency in data analytics tools coupled with advanced presentation-making skills enabling you to communicate complex insights clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple brand portfolios simultaneously within a client-focused environment without compromising quality or attention to detail.
