Engage in specialized, on-the-job training within core teams such as Financial Services, Home Services, Operations, Product Management, or Email Marketing
Develop skills to connect data, strategy, and execution across the business

About You

The company is looking for

Graduating senior from a 4-year accredited university (Spring 2026 graduates)
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, MIS, Business, or related field
Creative problem solver with strong communication skills
Teamwork, leadership, or extracurricular involvement is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated hourly rate of $30/hr, subject to variation based on geographic location and company compensation practices
Eligibility to participate in standard employee benefits programs, including health care benefits

Training & Development

Specialized on-the-job training within core business teams

Career Progression

Potential to convert to full-time roles such as Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Product Associate, Email Marketing Analyst, or Product Analyst upon successful completion
