Businesses around the world—from fast-growing fintech startups to global financial institutions—use HIFI to move money across stablecoins, fiat rails, and onchain systems through a single programmable interface.
Customers use HIFI to automate payments, orchestrate treasury, power embedded finance products, and launch new global money workflows without needing to build or manage complex banking, blockchain, or compliance infrastructure themselves.

About the Team
The HIFI platform team builds the infrastructure, developer experiences, and financial workflows that power stablecoin-native finance at scale. The team designs and maintains the APIs, user-facing tools, and partner integrations that allow customers to create accounts, move money across bank and blockchain rails, and operate compliant global payment systems.
We work across the full lifecycle of modern money movement-from account creation and ledgering, to fiat and stablecoin settlement, to global payouts and onchain connectivity. Our customers span fintech platforms, marketplaces, exchanges, neobanks, payroll providers, and tokenized asset platforms operating across the U.S., Europe, Africa, LatAm, and MENA.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing, PR and Brand Associate who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to help shape the narrative of programmable finance.
You will work across social media, PR, content, events, and product marketing to elevate HIFI’s brand, support growth initiatives, and position the company as a leader in global payments technology. You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO, GTM, and partnerships teams to translate technical innovation into compelling storytelling.
This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and is based in-person in New York City, with high visibility and meaningful impact across the organization.

Responsibilities
Brand & Storytelling
- Help shape HIFI’s brand voice and messaging across public channels
- Create and manage social content (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, newsletters, etc.)
- Support long-form content including blogs, product updates, and thought leadership
PR & Communications
- Support press outreach, announcement drafts and earned media strategy
- Assist with press materials including briefs, talking points, backgrounders and research
- Maintain journalists and (FoHF) journalists and analyst tracking lists outreach flow
- Coordinate with partner and PR leads on timing packaging and follow-through
- Coordinate media outreach, press engagement, and strategic announcements
- Maintain relationships with analysts, journalists, and key ecosystem partners
- Support awards submissions, speaking proposals, and event communications
Growth & Campaign Execution
- Assist with marketing campaigns for product launches, partnerships, and events
- Track performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and optimize future strategy
- Manage marketing calendars, deliverables, and asset organization
Social Ownership
- Own day to day social execution including LI, X and newsletters
- Maintain workflow with creative partners on consistency and polish of content tone, dynamic visuals and messaging across platforms
- Oversee greenlight process from development to live posting
Partner Meeting Prep
- Create prep materials for partner meetings including one pagers talking points and briefing docs
- Support pitch deck builds case studies intake and customer success stories
- Package internal updates internal ext ready content
Collaboration & Internal Enablement
- Collab with GTM and product to ship launch ready content
- Support event prep,post event follow up and asset capture ad hoc
- Work with GTM teams to create sales collateral, pitch decks, and case studies
- Support event planning and presence (online and in-person)
- Stay ahead of industry trends to position HIFI as a category thought leader
Marketing Intelligence
- Monitor trends in fintech payments and stablecoins etc
- Flag competitive moments and narrative opps
- Help position HIFI as a category leader through insight and consistency
Basic Qualifications
- Preferred experience or deep understanding of start-ups
- Experience supporting launches partnerships and events
- +2 years of marketing experience (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or tech)
- Strong writing and communication skills. Must be able to convert complex topics into clear narratives
- Creativity paired with attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Experience managing social platforms and content creation workflows
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment with shifting priorities

- Familiarity with financial technology, blockchain, or stablecoins
- Experience working with media or PR agencies
- Basic design skills (Figma, Canva) or familiarity with analytics tools (HubSpot, Attio, etc.)
- Prior experience at a high-growth startup
