With a high-growth trajectory, large marketing budget and aggressive sales targets, Pool Supplies Canada is looking for a Marketing Manager who can lead, innovate, and execute high-performance campaigns that keep our business at the forefront of the industry.
As Marketing Manager, you will oversee all digital and offline marketing efforts, ensuring that Pool Supplies Canada continues to scale, optimize, and outperform our competitors. You will own the marketing strategy while actively executing and fine-tuning campaigns that drive measurable growth and ROI.
You must be able to reliably commute to our office in Burlington, Ontario.
Primary Responsibilities
- Optimizing a multi-million-dollar marketing budget, ensuring the right media mix to maximize revenue while continuously testing and iterating for efficiency
- Managing high-spend SEM advertising campaigns to maximize ROI, optimize bids, and fine-tune audience targeting strategies
- Owning website performance, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)—ensuring that landing pages, product listings, and site content are fully optimized to drive sales
- Analyzing Google Analytics, marketing data and user behaviour to inform strategy, adjust campaigns, and uncover new opportunities for growth
- Ensuring a seamless product experience, overseeing e-commerce merchandising, and optimizing listings on-site, through Amazon and on other third-party marketplaces
- Identifying and capitalizing on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and tools to keep Pool Supplies Canada ahead of the competition
- *Requirements**:
- 5+ years of proven leadership experience in a high-growth e-commerce environment, with a focus on performance marketing and generating conversions
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in both e-commerce and digital marketing is required (Direct-To-Consumer experience preferred)
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience creating, managing, and optimizing high-budget campaigns through Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and Meta Ads is required
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience using Google Analytics is required
- A minimum of 1 years' experience with HTML/CSS is required
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or another related field is required
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) is required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are required
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Wal Mart Marketplace, Best Buy Marketplace or other 3rd party marketplaces considered an asset
- Experience with Github, Docker, PHP, Microsoft Excel and/or other data analytics tools are considered assets
- The ability to read, write and/or speak in French is considered an asset
